The four-hour assessment includes:

  • Competency-based interviews ensuring that the candidate is assessed objectively based upon their past experience and expertise.
  • Psychometric assessment– the way they behave in given situations, their leadership style.
  • Numerical and verbal reasoning relative to simulated business situations.
  • Situational exercises that are relevant to the role.

This thorough screening enables THS to provide a shortlist with a comprehensive written assessment of the individuals selected, dramatically reducing the management time required by the client.
